Return & Refund Policy – Galmeera

At Galmeera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@grandlink.ae so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
